8 Union Terrace is a late 1800th century terraced town house located just a 10 minute walk from the centre of the historic market town of Penrith and is just of the M6 & A66
It is a comfortable and cosy house great for families and friends to enjoy and who also want to explore the Lake District National Park and the Eden Valley.
For the cyclists who enjoy our beautiful countryside there is space to park your bicycles
The space
Union terrace is a four bedroom house with 1 bathroom and 1 en suite. There is a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen. Finally there is a cellar which is used as a utility/laundry room
